We require masks in the public spaces at CLINIC. Our practitioners are all fully-vaccinated, but our clients may not all be. If you are also fully- vaccinated, you may talk to your practitioner about being maskless inside your treatment room.
We are not a dispensary. We can’t figure out how to get Google to stop listing us as one, sorry.
We currently have no open hours. We are open by appointment only. To make an appointment, please follow this link to our online scheduling software. If you’d like to pick up an item, you can contact the practitioner who stocks it by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (413.341.5224).
GPS directions are not accurate for our location. In fact, we can’t find an address nearby you can GPS that is universally accurate. If you do use GPS, you’ll end up in Florence for some reason.
Much better is to make your way to downtown Northampton (use exit 23 (the old exit 18) from 91N; exit 25 (the old exit 21) from 91S), parking in the E John Gare parking garage behind Thorne’s Market (free for one hour; $.50/ hour thereafter), and strolling one block to CLINIC.
We are, sadly, not wheelchair accessible. If you have trouble climbing stairs, please give us a call; our practitioners will be happy to accommodate you when possible with a house call.
Cancellations: We ask that you observe our 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice or no shows will be charged your regular rate for the missed session.
Payment: we take all credit cards, cash, and check.
Snow policy: If your practitioner is practicing, you’ll be expected at your appointment. We urge our practitioners to be in touch with patients the day prior to the appointment if bad weather is expected.
