Initial Consultation and Treatment* - $130 (75-90 minutes)

Follow-up Treatments* - $110 (50-60 minutes)

Package of 5 Follow-Up Treatments* - $500 ($100/session) - Completed within 12 weeks of first treatment

Acupuncture treatments may include moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, or electric stimulation. Feel free to ask Caitlin to add these to your treatment and she will be happy to accommodate if appropriate for your constitution.

Chinese Herbs - $80 (30 minutes)

Herbs can be used for various conditions. Here are a few examples:

• Sleep and mental health issues

• Digestive and respiratory disorders

• Menstrual and perimenopause issues

Insurance & FSA/HSA Plans

I still accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Many of these plans offer 12-24 treatments with variable co-pays. (Unfortunately, BCBS Medicare plans are usually not covered.) Feel free to email me for help with verification. Acupuncture is also covered by Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts. I am happy to provide you with a superbill for these and other insurance plans.
