Full Body Myofascial Massage 75 minutes - “Myo” refers to muscle, and “fascial” refers to fascia, the tensile web that wraps around all muscles, organs, and tissues in the body. This massage uses specialized techniques to encourage the fascia to stretch and glide, allowing greater access to the underlying muscles, and fostering relief from long-held muscle tension.  This is a low oil massage, which allows each stroke to sink slowly and deeply through the layers of soft tissue, rather than just glide over the skin’s surface.
