Gorgeous, bright room available.  7.3’x 11.3′, with pearlescent pressed tin ceiling, hardwood floor, and beautiful fixtures.  One huge window which fronts on Main Street, with a fantastic view of the courthouse and Gothic Street.  Electric fireplace, deer head sculpture (!!), cool coat hooks, vintage industrial lamp, and really comfy club chairs make this not just a nice office, but a really unique and awesome one.

There is some noise from Main Street, and the heat is somewhat variable, because it’s at the end of the HVAC line.  The electric fireplace will help with that problem in the winter; we recommend being flexible with summer hours to accommodate for heat in the late afternoon.  In light of this, this office is rented in shifts like the other CLINIC rooms, but this one is available for longer shifts– which can change times from season to season– for the same price.  The eight hour shifts in this room can happen any time between 9am and 9pm on your chosen day of the week, at the following rates: $200/mo for 2 weekly shifts (the minimum required), $280 for 3 shifts, $350 for 4 shifts, $410 for 5 shifts, etc.  For an additional $30/ month, we can provide scheduling software, do biweekly accounting, and put you on the CLINIC website, as well.

This would be an ideal space for someone who needs an office for talk therapy, reading, writing, computer work, etc.  Psychotherapists, councilors, students, and office workers in need of an office would all be great tenants for this room!

The building has seven offices with its own Main Street entrance.  It is in the very center of Northampton, over Bruegger’s Bagels and next to CVS– easy for anyone who knows the town to find.  Parking is convenient, cheap, and secure in the city parking garage, one block away, or in the Armory Street lots behind and accessible via the shortcut under Guild Art Supply, right next door.

All offices in the building include HVAC, electricity, hot water, garbage, and WiFi.  You will have access to a stocked reception space and WC, a shared office, some storage, retail space, and a kitchenette.  Building is non-ADA compliant.
