Each session is tailored to the unique and often shifting needs of each client - it is ideal for anyone looking for relief from stress, anxiety and/or pain. A combination of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point, and targeted muscular techniques techniques are used to calm the nervous system, decrease muscular tension and increase range of motion.

Prenatal Massage - 75min/105min*$90/115

A massage for the transformational period leading up to child birthing experience. These nurturing sessions improve circulation, reduce tension and stress, and support clients in all stages of pregnancy to feel a greater sense of balance and connection with the body they share with their baby. A combination of prenatal, Swedish, myofascial, and targeted muscular techniques are used in a side lying position.

Postpartum Massage - 75min/105min*$90/115

A massage for new mothers and parents who are dealing with the new demands of parenthood. This is also a safe space for parents who have experienced pregnancy loss at any stage. The focus is on bringing awareness back to this new version of the body, calming the nervous system and reducing muscular tension. A combination of specific postpartum, Swedish, myofascial, and targeted muscular techniques are used.

+*All clients can expect the first 5-15 minutes of each appointment to consist of assessment and consultation, especially if this is your first visit. This time is built into the appointment as is the full length of massage scheduled. This time together helps us build rapport and makes time and space for continuous communication and more effective treatment planning.

+It is not necessary to arrive early for your appointment - being on time is enough!

Students up to age 23 and Seniors over age 65 can enjoy $10 off of individual session prices! This does not apply to packages. The discount will be applied at checkout.
