Pisces Season: The Space Of Flow

By Christabeth Ingold

Pisces the Fish, the tender and wondrous representation of this water sign, gracefully flows between worlds. This energy is laying out under the nighttime sky stargazing, experiencing incredible moments of feeling connected to something greater. Or perhaps, pondering life and what’s beyond it. About what we are doing here.

How does it feel to be under the nighttime sky? What arises for you?

These 2 fish move in opposing directions-one moving toward the earthly realm, one moving toward the spirit realm. The flow is never ending, as we are never ending. For we are the stars above our heads, and we are the waters of the earth. This is the space that connects us more deeply on a spiritual and dreamy level…. whatever that may be for you.

If Aries (next season!) is the start of the zodiac–I like to think of it as the big bang infusing life itself–and Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac, then Pisces is the sum of everything that happened before.

Everything that has unfolded through Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, and Aquarius leads us to Pisces. It’s the final stop on the path before we begin the cycle again. Therefore, its ability to hold all that has come before makes it quite the compassionate and deeply feeling energy that it is.

Pisces rules the time of night right before the sky begins to lighten a wee bit. Being such a dreamy orientated sign, Pisces easily drifts off in their imagination, and is connected to dreamtime both of day and night. As we float from asleep to awake, it whisks us away for a few extra moments of magic.

Then, BOOM! Aries, a new day, starts to brighten the horizon.

Now, how are your feet? Your lymph? Immune system? Small Intestine? White blood cells, clotting ability, and cholesterol? Energetic, emotional, and spiritual bodies?

In Claire Gallagher’s book Body Astrology, these are the systems she speaks of regarding Pisces (did you even know each zodiac rules different parts of the body?). I highly recommend this book, as it talks in detail about things that are great for each sign and things that aren’t so hot.

Here’s THE thing–we all embody all of the signs like Pisces embodies all the zodiac. Depending on where things fall in your chart, it will give insight to strengths and what needs strengthening–both on a lifelong level and in a transient moment.

For example, my moon (how we do emotions) is in Pisces in my natal chart. What does this mean?

In order for my emotional self to feel nourished, it’s good for me to have spiritual practices that help me to connect to the great beyond. My Piscean moon needs to flow wherever it wants to go, otherwise I could feel stagnation or like my emotional self isn’t in flow at all.

It’s also one of the placements in my chart that makes channeling so easy for me, and now stepping more into Death Priestess work (holding deep love open and assisting those in transition energetically and spiritually).

Pisces loooves freedom to flow where it feels called. Pisces is a dream come true. It’s the mystic and a wisdom filled guide. Are you listening?

Some things to note this Pisces season (2/19-3/20):

Moon (emotions): full moon in Virgo 2.24 (organize, clear out), new moon in Pisces 3.10 (build your dreams)

Mercury (communication): moves from Pisces into Aries on 3.11(direct, passionate)

Venus (desire): moves from Aquarius into Pisces on 3.12 (romance, ideals, dreams, creative forces)

Sun (self): moves from Pisces into Aries season 3.21

HERE’S YOUR KEY: Where’s your Pisces located in your natal chart,  and do you have any planets in it?

Are you like “What language are you even speaking, Christabeth?”....haha I get it really is a whole other language to understand!

Knowing your own blueprint is incredibly empowering and affirming, as this is literally your road map to your unique existence. Your natal chart gives you permission to follow your heart and be exactly who you are. It offers a great explanation of how you show up and do life.

You’re welcome to book a session so we take a dive into the ways that your chart flows! And, BONUS, we will also have your Akashic Records open (Soul stories and wisdom) to offer information on your chart through that perspective as well. Simply go HERE to book:)

Happy flowing!
