Caitlin Isbister, Lic.Ac., Dipl.O.M., MSTOM

Caitlin (she/ her) has practiced primarily in Boston and Arlington, Massachusetts since 2008 and has held a residency at Boston Medical Center in the Department of Family Medicine. She recently relocated to Easthampton, MA and is excited to be joining CLINIC in Fall 2022.

Since Caitlin was a child, she has always been interested in various facets of Eastern cultures. She pursued this interest by visiting Japan, studying taekwon-do and practicing qigong. Caitlin obtained her BS in Medicinal Chemistry from the University at Buffalo and her MS in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2008 from Pacific College of Health and Science in Chicago.

Caitlin is the most content when helping people. Her goal is to improve the quality of life of patients and get them back to doing things they love. She believes the highest form of medicine is prevention. Caitlin’s areas of expertise include pain, sleep and stress disorders, menstrual issues, headache and digestive disorders. In addition to acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, she incorporates cupping, moxibustion, gua sha and Chinese dietary therapy in her treatments.

When she is not seeing humans, she treats dogs and cats in Northampton and Easthampton with acupuncture. Caitlin enjoys yoga, being outdoors, and spending time with her 2 year old daughter and her husband.

Caitlin offers acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatments for new and returning patients Mondays 3- 9pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am- 3pm.
