COVID UPDATE: We require masks in the common spaces at CLINIC. You and your practitioner may discuss removing masks within your room.   Our practitioners are all fully-vaccinated, but our clients may not all be.  You will be asked to attest that you have no reason to suspect you have Covid; you will be asked to wash your hands upon arrival. Please arrive at the time of your appointment, so we can limit exposure to other clients and practitioners. We are treating the air, masking, and cleaning appropriately to prevent infection. Please notify us if you develop symptoms or a positive test within a few days after your visit, so that we can contact trace.

Directions: Make your way to downtown Northampton (use exit 23 (the old exit 18) from 91N; exit 25 (the old exit 21) from 91S). You can use the address 53 Center Street 01060 in your GPS.

We are on Center Street; our neighbors are First Churches on the corner of Main, State Street and Serio’s on State Street, the Iron Horse down the street, and the police station, three doors down on the same side. We are directly adjacent to the intersection of Masonic Street and Center— right by Woodstar, Bella, and Mosaic Cafe. If you get to Center Street and look for The Pink House, you’ve found us!

Parking: there is fairly abundant street parking on Center, State, and Masonic Streets. Masonic Street public parking is one block away from us. Also, the E John Gare parking garage behind Thorne’s Market (free for one hour; $.75/ hour thereafter) is only about two blocks from CLINIC.

We are, sadly, not wheelchair accessible.  While we work on getting a ramp completed (aiming for fall of 2023), please give us a call if you are unable to climb stairs— 4 steps up to our porch, plus one more step into our coat room and one into our reception room. Please also let us know if you need particular accommodations during your treatment— we want to make sure your room and your treatment are as appropriate and affirming as possible! We have completed work our our ADA-accessible restroom.

Cancellations: We ask that you observe our 24 hour cancellation policy.  Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice or no shows will be charged your regular rate for the missed session.

Payment: we take all credit cards, cash, and checks (made out to your practitioner). If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, please click here!

Snow policy:  If your practitioner is practicing, you’ll be expected at your appointment.  We urge our practitioners to be in touch with patients the day prior to the appointment if bad weather is expected.
