Talia Miller (she), Hypnotherapist

I believe everyone is worthy of love and capable of meaningful change. That belief led me to train in Integrative Hypnosis—a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps rewire the brain for healing and self-trust. Hypnosis can often create lasting change after just a few sessions.

I work with kids, teens, caregivers, and professionals dealing with stress, anxiety, phobias, and chronic pain. I’m especially passionate about supporting women through burnout, pelvic pain, and hormonal transitions—all of these are challenges I’ve used hypnosis to help me through.

With over 20 years in the education field, I’ve been a teacher, environmental educator, teen leader, and now serve as a school librarian and mentor. I also helped bring a mindfulness-based curriculum to early childhood students and teachers through a neuroscience lab at the University of Wisconsin.

In addition to my professional work, I love spending time with my two kids, ages 10 and 14, my husband, our many pets (a cow cat, a Springerdoodle, chickens, and hermit crabs), and the birds and native plants on our wild and woodsy acres in Ashfield.

Some additional weekend or afternoon/evening hours are also available for online sessions. To schedule a free consultation or inquire about additional online availability, contact Talia at taliamiller23@gmail.com.

Talia’s hypnotherapy sessions are $130 for a one hour session. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover hypnotherapy.

Talia offers hypnotherapy at CLINIC Saturdays 9am- 1pm and Sundays 1- 5pm.
